We are accepting orders for all products across the country and for essential products if the chosen delivery location is in a restricted zone, as per government guidelines.
For most of the locations we are accepting Cash/Pay on Delivery where we are delivering all products. You can find the option on the payment page for COD while placing your order if your location is eligible for Pay on Delivery. And in certain locations where we are delivering only essential products, we will continue to accept pre-paid orders only.
Yes, you can request for returns by visiting Your Orders. However, the pick-up for returned product timeline may be longer than usual if movement of goods and person is restricted in your area, by local or state government.
Wudore, as a responsible team, we focus on the health and safety of our customers and employees. Based on covid norms and regulations and social distancing requirements; there is a change to the way we’re delivering your items. To stick to the contactless or no-contact delivery, the delivery associate will be leaving your order at your doorstep and will try to maintain a 2-meters distance.
Wudore believes in Customer safety. It is of utmost importance to us and we are trying to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19.
Feel free to return your shopped items. We do respect your satisfaction with Wudore purchase. If you're not happy with any of your products you can return it within 14 days. Ensure to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued once product is received and verified at the warehouse.
We make sure that your money is safe with us and do the needful to refund your money within 7-14 business days from date of return received at the warehouse thru the same mode of payment used by you at the time of purchase. In case of COD, please expect either a bank transfer or check issued in the name of the consignee.
